* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 40000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All e-GP tenderer/supplier (1st Class) of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Food Supply) of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000 (Taka One Core). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,30,00,000 (One Core Thirty Lac). The format for the Credit Line to be issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as per ITT Clause.
5. The amount of the Tender Security shall be tk. 4,00,000 (Four Lac).
6. Tender Related all documents (Trade Licence, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate) must be updated as per TDS.
7. Supllier have to delivere the Food items as per demand of Procure Entity (PE) in every week or a certiain period. But bill will be paid montly as per total monthly invoce of suppllier.
8. All foods & related items mentioned in the schedule must be delivered between 01st Januyary 2026 to 30th June 2026.
9. The Academy authorities reserve the right to cancel this tender order/contract at any time/stage in case of any deviation.
10. All the conditions stated in ITT, TDS, GCC & PCC will be followed as per PPR 2025
