Brief Description of Package: Replenishment of Cobalt-60 source of GC-5000:
1) Dismantling of existing unit and packing for transportation at BINA Mymensingh, in presence of BRIT’s representative
2) Cobalt-60, Pencils for GC-5000 → 10,000 Ci (adding 10KCi to existing Co-60)

3) To and fro transportation of cask by road from BINA, Mymensingh to Petra pole (Indian side of Border) to BRIT Mumbai and
back to Petra pole and finally to Mymensingh (BINA).
4) Reinstallation of unit GC-5000 at BINA, Mymensingh, Bangladesh with BRIT’s representative and replacement of required spares by breeder technical team and commissioning of the GC-5000.

Tender Document Price: Tk. 3000; Tender Security: 300000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.

Eligibility criteria:
While purchasing Tender Document copies of (i) Up-to-date Trade License, (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) Financial Solvency Certificate, (iv) VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) and (v) Three (03) years experience in supplying similar nature of Goods to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Reputed Private/Multinational Company with a satisfactorily completion certificate from Chief Executive/Equivalent to be shown and attested copies of the relevant papers must be submitted with the Tender. Serial nos. (iv) & (v) stated above will be applicable for the Local Agent only.
