Brief Description of Package: Purchase of Aluminium Sulfate (14-17% w/w) for Pretreatment Plant of Bheramara 410 MW CCPP, NWPGCL.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(Five) years of General experience in the supply of WTP or DM Plant Operational chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of PTP/WTP Operational Chemicals (Aluminium Sulfate (14-17% w/w), Polyelectrolyte, Lime, Cl2 etc.) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Any large Power Plant of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) under maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 03 (Three) Years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. But any contract value amounting less than BDT 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh) shall not be consider for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying chemicals (must be Aluminium Sulfate (14-17% w/w), Polyelectrolyte, Lime, Cl2 etc), contract date and completion date.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 23,00,000.00 (Twenty-Three Lakh Taka) . 5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD]."
