Brief Description of Package: Supply & Refilling of FM 200 Gas (Without Cylinder)

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(Three) years of general experience in the Supply & Refilling of Gas.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply & refill of FM 200 Gas / Gas for Fire Suppression System/ Gas for Fire Fighting System in any large power plant/ any industry/ infrastructure of minimum BDT 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac) under maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 2(two) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. But any contract value amounting less than BDT 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac) shall not be consider for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letter head pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer in letter head along with contact details & phone of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the Supply & Refilling FM 200 Gas/ Gas for Fire Suppression System/ Gas for Fire Fighting System, contract date and completion date.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitment is Tk. 65,00,000/- (Sixty-Five Lac) only. (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated
National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates, Acknowledgement Slip/Tax Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
