Eligibility criteria:
"1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4, 98% w/w) or Cooling Water treatment chemicals or DM water treatment chemicals or Water treatment chemicals of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 1,01,00,000.00 (BDT One Crore One Lakh only).
3.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,35,00,000.00 (BDT One Crore Thirty-Five Lakh only).
4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate, Acid License, Acid Carrying License (of supplier or transport agency)."
