* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 483333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1450000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid Trade License, Valid Tax Identification number (TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement as a proof of liquid assets.
2) The Tenderer shall have to provide proper documents reflecting experience on related works for last two years.
3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of Bank draft / Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
4) The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
