* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid Trade License, Valid Tax Return Certificate and 13-digit VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement or Credit Line as a proof of liquid assets.
2) Tenderer must have proper experience in supplying similar type of goods of Minimum 2.1 (Two Point One) Lac BDT in a single tender within last 3 years.
3) Tenderer must have Minimum liquid asset at least 2.7 (Two point seven) Lac BDT.
4) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
5) All 100% goods must be supplied according to the requirement of quality and dimensions and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
6) The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
