* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 65000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following:
01. The Tenderer must have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in relevant field.
02. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of at least 01(one) similar work amounting not less than BDT 130.00 lac in a single order during last 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificate(s) shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
03. The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 200.00 lac over the last 05 (five) years where best 03 (three) years will be calculated. All work completion / payment certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
04. The required minimum liquid asset BDT 125.00 lac in form of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank.
05. Minimum tender capacity BDT 180.00 lac.
06. Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
07. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, ABC Licence.
08. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment(s).
