Eligibility criteria:
The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The tenderer must have specific experience as a Afforestation/Plantation/ similar nature work with a value at least BDT 08.00 lac over a period of last 05 years.
3. The required minimum average annual turnover is BDT 10.00 lac over the last three years.
4. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 03.00 lac in the form of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
5. The required minimum tender capacity is BDT 10 lac.
6. Black Listed/Debarred Bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender
7. Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate shall be submitted.
8. Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in the TDS of Tender Documents must be fulfilled.
9. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act & Rules.
