Eligibility criteria:
1. Trade License (Valid for 2023-2024).
2. Income Tax Certificate (Tax Year: 2022-2023).
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Supply, Repeir/Maintenance and installation of truck Weighing scale work at least Tk. 5 lac successfully completed in a single contract under government, semi-government or autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
5.The required average annual business/suppliers turnover shall not be less than than Tk. 5 lac best of 3 years in the last 5 years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e Working capital or credit certificate (s)/ facilities shall be submitted from any schedule Bank minimum amounting of Tk. 7 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more then 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
