Eligibility criteria:
1) Valid Trade License Certificate (2025-2026).
2) Acknowledgement receipt/Certificate of return of TAX Year 2025-2026.
3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN 13 digit).
4) Bank Account number with statement of last one year. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP.
5) Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
6) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
7) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in civil construction or building maintenance works of at least single contract of Tk. 10 lac successfully completed under government/semi government/autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
8) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.40 lac best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP.
9) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 15 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP.
10) Others qualification criteria stated in TDS.
