Brief Description of Package: Installation of Cable line from 800 kVA Transformer Near Welfare Building to Main Administrative Building along with all other associated works at BCMCL office building.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Trade License (Valid for 2023-2024).
2. Income Tax Certificate (Tax Year: 2022-2023).
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN.
4. Joint Venture/Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Supply, laying and installation of electrical underground cable work at least Tk. 20 lac successfully completed in a single contract under government, semi-government or autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
6.The required average annual business/suppliers turnover shall not be less than than Tk. 30 lac best of 3 years in the last 5 years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e Working capital or credit certificate (s)/ facilities shall be submitted from any schedule Bank minimum amounting of Tk 30 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
8. Tenderers shall have valid ABC category electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical licensing board.
9. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more then 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
