Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 8 (Eight) years of overall experience in the supply, installation of goods and related services,
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of minimum 03 (Three) contracts in the last 08 (Eight)) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 08 (Eight) years with a value of at least BDT 150,00,000/- (BDT One Crore Fifty Lac Only)
3. The satisfactory completion of at least 10 Automatic Weather Stations under Two (02) contracts shall be provided by the tenderer.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of 150,00,000/- (BDT One Crore Fifty Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following addition documents:
a. Updated Trade license
b, VAT & online BIN certificate
c. Online IRC certificate
d. Manufacture’s Authorization Letter for Piezometer Sensor.
e. Manufacture’s Distributorship/ Reseller Authorization Certificates are required to
submit for all IT accessories.
f, Audit Report for last 02 years
g. Bidders / Tender updated ISO 9001:2015 certificate
h. TIN and Tax clearance certificate
i. Updated Indenting Registration Certificate
j. The tenderer must ensure support services during warranty period.
k. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products
