Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Three(03) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 20,00,000/- ( BDT Twenty Lac Only) under 01 contracts in the last 03 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 30,00,000/- ( BDT Thirty Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:
a. Updated Trade license
b, VAT & online BIN certificate
c. Manufacture’s Authorization Certificate (Desktop, Printer and Scanner ) is required from OEM.
d, Tender must have updated ISO 9001:2015 and 27001: 2013 certificate.
e. TIN and Tax clearance certificate
f. The tenderer must ensure support services during warranty period.
g. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products
h. Product genunity of Desktop, Printer and Scanner will be checked through Online.
