Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Civil Works Shall be 5 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Construction works of Tk 6.00 Lakh in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer and In Case of Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer and The Same Duly Verified by The Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of That District Under Whose Jurisdiction The Work been Done.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of best 03 years During Last 5 Financial years of Tk.12.00 Lakh. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 10.00 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW3-7).
(E) The Tender Must Possess: Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate, Trade License, ABC catergory contractorship license and Supurvisor license from Bagnladesh Electricity Licensing Board
(v) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed
(vi) Pre work and Post Work Photo must be attached during submission of bill.
