Eligibility criteria:
A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction works shall be 3 years [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal].
B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of building Repair/construction work or Similar nature works within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 17.00 Lakh [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal]. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to Proper Format.
C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 15.00 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to Proper Format.
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 15.00 Lakh and must be submitted according to Proper Format.
E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 21.00 Lakh. [To be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
F) The Tenderer must Possess:
1) Up to date Trade License.
2) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
3) Income Tax Certificate.
4) ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisor Certificate
G) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
