A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 6 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 5.00 Lac
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12.0 lac over the last 5 years.
During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
Minimum Tender Capacity should be 3.00 lac..
