2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.39.90 Lac ( Thirty Nine Point Nine Zero lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.Tk.24.00 Lac (Twenty Four Point Zero Zero lac)
4. All Tendered are Requested to submit the documents in favour of having atleast one Asphalt Plant at Khulna District.
5. In Past Performance Evaluation Matrix, Tenders must Submit Contract Agreements with Completion Certificate for Low value tenders (<1.oo lac) and tenders without e-GP.
