* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of Scientific/ Research Equipment at least 03 (Three) contract each valuating not less than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty-Five) Lac successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization. Only Completion Certificate will be accepted.
3) The tenderer must have to submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 25.00 (Twenty-Five) Lac.
5) Tenderer must have to submit Banks Statement of last 03 (three) months
6) Manufacturers Authorization / Dealers Authorization
7) Bidder must have an instrumentation engineer to support the technical issues and hand-held training who have the employment record with the supplier at least 2 years. Must have to submit a CV of the instrumentation engineer.
