Eligibility criteria:
The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 07 (Seven) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least 02 (two) contracts of similar nature completed over a period of [03] years each with a value of at least of Tk [120 lakh] shall be required. Specific Experience Certificate should be signed by the officer of govt./semi govt./autonomous organization.
The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing non-consulting service of similar nature (Manpower Supply) of supplying at least 45 manpower in a single contract.
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk [0.5 Core] over the last three financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [28.00 lakh]
The tenderer must submit: (i) Updated valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iv) Updated valid DIFE Manpower License
