Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 41500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13833333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
• The Tenderer Shall have a legal entity to enter into contracts with at least 10 (Ten) years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no black listed record within ten years).
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contract of related services within last 5 (five) years.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 2 (Two) numbers supply contract of IT Goods and related services within last 3 (Three) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 1 (one) Crore in each contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• The Tenderer shall have own/representative office and all-time presence in Dhaka with well-equipped service/support/ system up-gradation cell manned with adequate qualified technical personnel for installation, maintenance and support to the proposed products/ systems.
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
• The Tenderer must submit CVs & Certificate of at least 03 certified engineers having expertise in installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining of related works.
• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 1.30 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The tenderer shall be submitted technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
• The tenderer shall have Ongoing AMC agreement with at least 3 (Three) organizations in Bangladesh.
• All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
