Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction successfully Completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 26.00 (Twenty Six) Lakh BDT.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh BDT over the last 3 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) Lakh BDT.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh BDT.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
