Site Investigation Report of this relevant project site (Raja Nagar, Derai, Sunamganj) for completion of this Tender Activities;
Pump Catalogue;
Pipe and fittings Solutions/ Bruisher;
Must be submit Income Tax Identification Number (TIN);
Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt or Certificate on Assessment year-2021-22 or 2022-23
Must be submit VAT Registration Number and Certificate;
Credit Commencement Certificate or liquid assets with Proper format in any registered Bank on amount of 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh in Support of Financial Prosperity of completion of this Tender.

Must be submit ISO Certificate for relevant Pump Manufacturer’s Company/ Organization that's Brand/specification is Proposed by the tenderer and used in Deep Tube-well Installation for Client; (b).
