Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3900000 ~ 11700000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) General Experience Certificates (ITT 13.1(a)); 05 Years [ N.B. where the years is counted Back word from the tender submission date];
2) Specific Experience Certificates (ITT 13.1(b)) of Specific Experience about completion of RCC Road Construction [Values are min. Tk 35,00,000/-];
3) Minimum single no. of contracts Value min. Tk 35,00,000/- over any construction work/civil work/Land development work during last 03 years
4) Tax Identification Number (TIN); Valid Trade License (ITT 23.1.(e))
5) Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt or Tax return Certificate on Assessment year-2024-25 or later;
6) Submit VAT Registration Certificate;
7) Financial Capacity Certificates (ITT 14.1(a)) as Bank Solvency/ Liquid Asset /Credit Commencement Certificate on minimum amount of Tk. =35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh) in Support of Financial Prosperity of completion for this Tender;
8) Average Annual Construction Turnover Certificate (ITT 29.1(c))
9) Tenderer has to be 1st Class Enlisted Contractor in any govt /Semi Govt Organization/any Autonomous Bodies (i.e. PWD or LGED or Roads and Highways Department) under fiscal year 2024-25 or 2025- 26;
10) Must be submit the Site visit report (Project site: Raja Nagar, Derai, Sunamganj) against /Applicant opinin describing working environment prepared by the Applicant / Tendererfor Implementing this Construction work.
