Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 12500000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Delivery must be from ready stock and time of delivery will be 20 days. The schedule time/ delivery time will be started from date of receipt of purchase order.
02. Delivery would be at BAPEX Chattagram Zonal office, Chattagram.
03. All item should be brand new, fresh and conform to the required specification. The specification/ model should be labeled properly on the body of the tire. Production year not before November-2022.
04. Only Manufacturer or Genuine Dealer/ Distributor can participate to this Bid/ Tender. No reseller or sub-dealer can participate this bid/ tender.
05. Distributors/ Dealers must have to submit certificate in favor of Dealer/ Distributorship recognition and to prove the quoted tires are genuine; otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive.
06. BAPEX preferred Brands are MRF/ Bridgestone/ Dunlop/ Goodyear/ Yokohama. The supplied tire brand should have ISO/ equivalent international certification for quality. The brand of tire should have at least 20 years’ experience.
07. The supplier/ bidder should have good track record of providing new tire to at least 3 (three) govt./ semi govt./autonomous organizations in Bangladesh in last 5 (Five) years.
08. Bidder should submit Import Registration certificate (IRC), Liquidated asset certificate.
