Brief Description of Package: Hiring of Microbus for BAPEX Head Office.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in Public Sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor shall be Seven (7) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor to any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Body in providing non- Consultant service of at least One (01) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last Five (5) years, contract each with a value of 3,30,00,000.00 (Three Crore Thirty Lac) taka for 18 route shall be required.
3. Contract/Work Order for providing vehicle supply service to any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Body will be treated as similar nature.
4. Type and number of Vehicles: 18 No. 12 seated Microbus, Year of Manufacture: 2018 or above, Year of registration: 2020 or above, Fuel Type: Diesel/Octane/CNG/LPG. Vehicle's registration papers, tax Token, Fitness certificate, Route permit papers (all up to date) need to submit
5. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
6. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
7. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
