Eligibility criteria:
Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 2.5 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required. Architectural Interior works will give preference.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12.0 lac over the last 5 years.
During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
Minimum Tender Capacity should be 3.00 lac..
The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
