2) Tenderer must have to be e-GP Registration approval Dated 03 (Three) years ago from the relevant tender ( Tender/Proposal ID : 810579 ) submission date; [ N.B. where the years is counted from the Registration approval Date on e-GP portal of applicant/tenderer's registration detail to tender submission date)
3) Work Completion Certificate for One Similar Construction Work (i.e. Land Development works or any Civil work or Construction Work)
4) Minimum single no. of contracts [Contract Value min. Tk 28,00,000.00] whose values are Twenty-four Lakh over any construction work/civil work/Land development work during last 05 years or more years.
5) Satisfactory Documentary evidence of Specific Experience about completion of RCC Road construction / Truck Parking Area construction/ Bank of River Protection/Construction of RCC Block/ Construction of Building whose Contract Values are min. Tk 28,00,000.00 (Twenty-Eight Lakh Taka)
6) Tax Identification Number (TIN)
7) Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt on Assessment year-2021-22 which is submitted in Generally November -2022 or earlier or later.
8) Submit VAT Registration Number and Certificate
9) Bank Solvency/ Liquid Asset /Credit Commencement Certificate on minimum amount of Tk. =28,00,000.00 (Twenty-Lakh Lakh) in Support of Financial Prosperity of completion of this Tender
10) Tenderer has to be 1st Class Enlisted Contractor in Public Works Department (PWD) or Local Government and Engineering Department(LGED) or Health Engineering Department (HED) or Roads and Highways Department under fiscal year 2021-22 or 2022- 23
11) Must be submit the Site Investigation(Project site: Raja Nagar, Derai, Sunamganj) report prepared by the Applicant / Tenderer with Tender Document about this tender for Implementing this Construction work.
