(1) Tenderers who have past experience for supplyig and carrying of similar types of Glass wares, Micro-pipettes, Filter papers and Others.
(2) Special Terms and Conditions:
1. Every item of Glass wares, Micro-pipettes, Filter papers and Others should be supplied in the sealed, intake form , new, thick and hard plastic Containers/wooden Cartons without changing their original labeling/Sealing /Packing .
2. Item(s) supplied in the form of re-packing / re-labeling/ re-sealing /broken / not matched with technical specifications shall not be accepted.
3. Photocopies of Catalog & other papers related with the Glass wares, Micro-pipettes, Filter papers and Others mentioned above should be submitted with tender schedule.
4. Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Operation of the supplied Glass wares, Micro-pipettes, and Others shall have to be done in the Central Laboratory of Barapukuria Thermal Power Plant, BPDB, Dinajpur by the Tenderer/Contractor.
5. Every item of the Glass wares, Micro-pipettes, Filter papers and Others shall have to be qualified in the quality/measuring /quantity test carried out in the Central Laboratory of Barapukuria Thermal Power Plant.
6. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
7. The procuring Entity reserves the right to take the final decision with respect to the tenders without assigning any reason.
