Eligibility criteria:
A)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. B)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of HCl or NaOH of maximum three (3) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 11,00,000/-(Eleven Lac).
C) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 18,00,000.00(Eighteen Lac)
D) Other mandatory documents like photocopies of latest documents such as-valid National Identification Card (NID), Updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and updated Income Tax Return Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate(BIN) etc.
E) Transport facility: By road through authorized transporter complying all rules & regulations of Government of Bangladesh.
F) Payment System: Acid & Caustic will be received step by step(as per demand of Chemical plant) and partly Bill/ payment to be followed/made (as pe actual delivery of Goods).
