Eligibility criteria:
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Air Conditioner and related services as Supplier shall be 2 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
A satisfactory completion of at least one contract for the supply of Air conditioner and similar nature of goods at least Tk. 7 (Seven) lac under a single contract within 3 (three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP system.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be 9 (Nine) lakh.

Tax clearance certificate (Last financial year).
VAT Registration certificate.
Manufacturer/sole agent authorization letter.
Experience Certificate
The bidder should have established organisation keeping own office staffs. Authorisation letter from manufacturer for distributor/supplier must be submitted with tender documents.
