Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade license, up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate and valid VAT registration certificate.
A minimum of three (3) years of general experience
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 8 (eight) lakh under a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh over a period of five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (ten) lakh over the last five (5) years or best three (3) years in the last five (5) years). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh.
