1. Update and Valid Trade license;
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate; and VAT Clearance Certificate.
3. TIN Certificate with Update Tax Payer Certificate;
4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS);
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS),
5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use CPTU prescribed format) and
7. Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate.
8. Those who have previously Supplied and Installation of Desktop Computer, Laptop Computer and Computer Accessories/Consumables at ME&HMD, under 4th HPNSP, they are requested to submit Contact completion certificate. Otherwise, they will be considered as non-responsive. Hiding of any previous works regarding above mentioned issues will be also considered as non-responsive.
