Tenderer will have to submit one sample of all items of Books According to offered Publisher, Binding Type, ISBN, ASIN, Dimension, Country of printing and Specification which are mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 03 (Three) Working days of the Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider as non-responsive.

Tenderer must have the expertise to supply and manage international journal (Medical Journal) and submit the list of supplied and maintained internation medical journal within last 3 years in any govt. institute.
