Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 6000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the related works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.145.00 Lac in any Govt., Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
3. The Tenderer should have Experience of two lift Installation with in a one work order.
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset Tenderer shall be TK 177.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7.
5. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2022-23(Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), VAT Registration Certificate (up to date) & Valid Trade License (up to date-2022-2023)
6. Up to date ABC License (2022-23) must be submitted
7. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
8. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
