* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at 1(one) number contract of 2-storied building with 3-storied foundation successfullycompleted within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 800.00 (eight hundred) lac in Govt. /Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1250.00 (one thousand two hundred fifty) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 400.00 (four hundred) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 1250.00 (one thousand two hundred fifty) lac.. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
7) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
