* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333333 ~ 700000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Site Development works of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years of value of at least Tk. 2000.00 (Twenty Hundred) lac. The contract(s) must have been completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.3700.00 (Thirty Seven Hundred) lac over the last 5 (five) financial Year. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as e-PW3-8 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1000.00 (Ten Hundred) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 2100.00 (Twenty one Hundred) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW3-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
