Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 8800000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The bidder shall have at least 03 (Three) years relevant experience.
2. The bidder shall have good track record of providing electrical equipment to at least
03 (Three) government/semi government/autonomous bodies or any other reputed
organizations in Bangladesh in last 05 (Five) years.
3. The bidder has to submit the manufacturer’s authorization letter from manufacturer or
their authorized dealer/agent/distributors. Authorization letter must contain official
valid email address and website address.If manufacturer’s authorization letter has not
been submitted, the bid will be considered as a non-responsive.
4. Bidder shall submit Liquidated asset certificate.
5. All items shall be brand new and conform to the required specification.
6. Manufacturer Name & Country of Origin must be mentioned.
7. The item with Part No. and quantity shall be as per Technical Specification.
8. Product Catalogue of the offered Electrical Spares must be submitted along with
offer.
9. All items of the Lot shall be quoted. Partial quoted bidder will be considered as a
non-responsive.
10. Bidder shall declare at least 01 (One) Year Warranty of the supplied spare parts and
provided services.
11. Delivery time will be 120 days and delivery would be at Shariatpur #1 Exploratory Well Drilling Project/ any drilling project of BAPEX. Delivery time will be started from the date of signing of contract.
