g) The minimum capacity shall be: 11,00,000/-;
h) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12,00,000/- over the last 03 years;
i)  Esthetic draft drawing of interior work should be provided. Room size: 22'x66';
j) All supply items catalog must be provided;
k) Technical specifications including model no. brand name, country of origin of the supply item should be mentioned.
