Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60(Sixty) Lakh per contract.
3. The Manufacturer shall have minimum annual production/supply capacity of at least 4 (four) lifts per year.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT Tk. 80 (Eighty) Lakh only.
The Tenderer must submit an Unconditional Credit Line Certificate, issued by any Scheduled Bank, strictly in accordance with the prescribed format of Form e-PG3-8, without any alteration. Bank Statement shall not be accepted as a liquid asset.
5. Manufacturer authorization Letter is required.
6. Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc.
7. The Tenderer must strictly comply with the Instructions to Tenderers (IFT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC), Technical Specifications, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
8. Section-2(D) e-Tender Preparation: any other document as specified in the TDS No. 20.1 (k) must be followed.
