Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 Lacs.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.30.00 Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2(a) form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 30.00 Lac.
5. The Tenderer must have minimum Tender capacity 45.00 (Fouty five) Lacs. Supporting information must be given as per enclosed form (List of Ongoing works/Current commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC/BC electric license &supervisory license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
