Brief Description of Package: Recruitment of manpower through outsourcing method in Moulvibazar Public Works Department.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplying manpower over a period of last 03 (Three) years in a single contract with a value of minimum Tk. 22 (Twenty two) lac shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk.6.30 (Six point three zero) lac over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac (Form e-PPS2-5).
5. The Tenderer must submit the following updated documents: valid Trade License, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Papers related to previous manpower supply experience.
6. Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of theconcerned bidder.
7. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the
newspaper.
