Eligibility criteria:

b) Liquid Asset is 13.50 Lakh.
c) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
d) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and HED License.
e) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 05/02/2023.
f) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)
g) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
h) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
i) The default contractors of HED will not allow participating in tender process.
