c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Repair works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building repair Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years..
d) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
e) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.

f) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
g) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
