Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Valid Income tax Return certificate(for income year 2021-22) and Liquid assets certificate from bank for this tender addressing to PE (Procuring Entity).
3. The bidder must mention the Maker's name, Model or Brand (when applicable) ,country of origin and Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered that specified at section: 05(Technical -Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
4.The bidder have to submit the sample of the products if PE office will want.
5.For item no:1,3,5,10,11,42,48,50,51,53,67,68,69 the bidder's mentioned product will be as same as the sample preserved at PE's office.
6. The bidder must have a satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types of civil maintenance goods or water or gas line pipe fittings goods at any power station in Bangladesh of minimum 7(seven) lakh taka in a single contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the publishing date of tender.
