Brief Description of Package: Procurement of basic chemicals (PAM and PAC) for Shahjibazar 330 MW CCPP, BPDB, Habigonj. The supplier have to supply the specified chemicals partly (i.e. two or three parts) or at a time as per instructions and requirements of PE's office.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2600000 ~ 7800000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of the chemicals at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4)).
3. The bidder have to submit factory manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturing company.
4.The bidder have to provide the sample of all items with in 07(seven) days after opening the tender and have to test as per requirements of PE's office by their own cost and own responsibility the counting of the days will be start from the next day of opening the tender.
5.The Chemicals that bidder will supply should be able to change water characteristics from Iron(Fe) -6mg/l, conductivity-150 micrisiemens/cm, Turbidity- 2.01NTU, ph-6.63 (in cascade basin) to Iron(Fe) -0.41mg/l, conductivity-100 micrisiemens/cm, Turbidity- 0.5NTU, ph-6.13 (in clarifier) by adding white PAC 500kg (20bags), PAM-6kg or Yellow PAC 750kg (30bags) and PAM 12kg within 36 (thirty six) hours.
6. The bideer have the capability to test their specified chemicals following standard test procedure and according to the PE's office by their own cost and own responsibility.
7. The bidder must have a specific experience of supplying chemicals of minimum 25 (twenty five) lakh taka at last 03 (three) years in a single contract at any power station of BPDB or the company under BPDB (EGCB, NWPGCL, APSCL ,etc. ) .The counting backward from the date of publishing the tender.
