Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade License.
2. Up to date Bank Solvency & mentioned requisite liquid assets
3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Delivery period: 120 days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
6. Preferred manufacturing country of origin: Must be EU/G8 Countries.
7. Preferred pump & motor make origin must be same country/ same company/ same brand.
8. Pump & motor manual, catalogue, hydraulic performance curve must be submitted with the technical offer.
9. Bidder must be submit authorization from Manufacturer or their authorize distributor.
10. Manual, Catalogue and others documents should be in English language.
11. One year service warranty for pump and motor set will be effective from the date of delivery.
12. a) Must submitted 1 (one) Year Warranty Certificate. If there is any defect found in pump with motor during one year Warranty period, the Bidders must repair/replace the goods with their own cost.
b) After successful completion of order, 10% retention money will be kept from the supplier’s Bill for one year warranty period which will be returned without any interest and the rest 90% of the Bill will be paid after receiving MRR from MPIC/Store Section.
13. Successful bidder must supply all items included in the Lot, failing which full Performance Security will be forfeited.
14. Part delivery not allowed.
