Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned in the Technical Offer.
6. The Brand/Manufacturer of the Air Conditioners must be GENERAL, MITSUBISHI, GREE or SHARP.
7. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
8. Catalogue should be submitted along with the offer and this should be in English Language.
9. The Supplier must submit the original Invoice/Challan issued by the aforementioned Manufacturer’s Local Agent in Bangladesh at the time of delivery of the Goods. Otherwise, the Goods will be rejected.
10. 01 (One) Year’s Warranty Certificate is to be submitted. The original Warranty Card including the Serial Number/Product Number for each unit is to be submitted with the supplied goods.
11. Installation, Commissioning and Test Run shall be done by the successful Bidder at their own cost. Any additional fittings or special tools required must be supplied by the Winner.
12. Delivery Period : 45 (Forty) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
13. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
14. Partial Delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
15. If required, the bidder is requested to visit the site.
