Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 6500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer has to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
a) i. The tenderer must have both a valid certificate/ license for selling and carrying acid through competent authority.
ii. Valid Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate, and Trade License as a Chemical supplier.
b) Tenderer has to submit confirmatory documents of a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous organizations. (i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
c) Tenderer has to submit End User Certificate (from Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization) of the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least 1 (one) contract with a minimum value of 2000000 BDT within last five years.
(d) Tenderers have to submit confirmatory documents of Supply and/or Production capacity of Goods (Capacity must be equal or greater than offered amount.)
(e) Tenderer must have Genuine Chemical Production Factory's authorized agent documents/ Manufacturer Authorization.
(f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 2000000.
(g) Tenderer has to submit a 1 kg sample of Sulphuric acid in a Suitable jar/Bottle before opening the tender.
(h) Tenderer has to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supplying an estimated quantity in the different segment as the purchaser wants.
(i) Tenderer has to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supplying goods at the point of delivery at their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fails to meet the quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals at their own cost.
