Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer has to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1) Updated Trade License, Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate and Vat Certificate.
2)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
3) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Two (2) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2000000.00 (Tweenty Lakh)
(4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3000000.00 (Thirty Lakh)
(5) Tenderer must submit 1 kg sample with COA in Suitable jar/Bottle with before tender opening date and time.
7) Tenderer have to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fail to meet quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
